Prayer Shawl Knitting Ministry

Knitting and prayer are contemplative art and discipline that enable the knitter to wrap someone sick, in pain or grieving with the warmth of a shawl or a mantle blessed by prayer. This warmth connects knitter and recipient in the abiding love of God.

Participants

If you love to knit or crochet, and would like to learn more about this ministry, please plan to attend our meetings on the following Sundays:

December 12

Time: 1:30 to 3:00 p.m.
Place: Youth Room at the Catholic Center.
